A. Order by Internet If you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us, and a representative will be happy to assist you. This is a secured web site capable of accepting and protecting credit cards, GPH account numbers, and other personal information. See statement of Security under Privacy Policy for more information. B. Price Structure You will notice in our pricing structure that we offer many items which are quantity priced. These must be ordered in the multiples stated. Examples: 25 for $2.50, 50 for $4.50, 100 for $7.95. Also, we offer items per package and per pad. The descriptive information will state how many pieces per package or pad, but you should order the number of packages or pads you need, not the number of pieces within the package or pad. C. Charge It For your convenience, we accept 4 forms of payment when ordering online: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and GPH charge. To open a GPH charge account, write to us at Gospel Publishing House, 1445 N. Boonville Avenue, Springfield, MO 65802-1894, or call us Toll Free in the U.S. at 1-800-641-4310. Charges on these accounts are due in full within 30 days from the billing date and are subject to a late payment fee when delinquent. When placing charge orders or making payments, always give your GPH account number. We reserve the right to refuse credit. D. E. Return Procedures You may return merchandise within 30 days of the billing date on your invoice except as noted below. To enable us to process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:
Wrap the merchandise securely (not newsprint). Use original carton if possible.
Write a letter indicating your reason for returning the product.
Enclose your letter and a copy of the invoice with the package.
For your own protection, insure the merchandise, since refunds will not be made on items that are damaged or lost in the process of being returned.
Recordings, cassettes, videos, custom items, special order items, and items advertised as non-refundable cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Opened software cannot be returned.
A 15% or 20% restocking fee may apply to audiovisual equipment and classroom equipment. F. Buy A Lot - Save A Lot The following quantity discounts are offered on books and music published by Gospel Publishing House (items with item number prefix 02 and 05 only). This offer applies only to items not already listed with quantity discounts. Quantity discount does not apply to program materials such as Missionettes, Royal Rangers, etc.

We also offer a quantity discount on books and music we sell from other publishers. This includes item numbers with the prefix 03 and 04 which are not already listed with a quantity discount.
